About Shannon

I absolutely love helping people. Before real estate, my background was in healthcare. In between I was a stay at home mom. My husband and I bought our first investment property 5 years ago and that got me starting to think about real estate!  

Born and raised in Columbia, SC, however, I've been in the Concord, NC area since 2006! I have family all over the state, including, Rockwell, Harrisburg, Denver, Statesville,  Mooresville and Asheville, so I know the area well. I have helped friends purchase in the beautiful mountains of NC and just recently helped friends purchase their dream home in Sunset Beach.

I would love the opportunity to help you and your family or friends in buying, selling or investing in real estate.

In my free time, I love spending time with my family and friends and going to the beach.
