About Shannon

I absolutely love helping people and socializing, it's part of who I am, and my energetic personality shows that. Before I got into real estate, my background was in healthcare. I went to college in SC and got degrees in Health Information Management and Business Administration. I worked in healthcare for about 12 years before choosing to be a stay at home mom. During that time, I volunteered at a local hospital, church, schools and served on several boards throughout the years.

My husband and I bought our first investment property in 2017 at the beach in SC, and that got me started in real estate! I earned my real estate license in 2020.

I was born and raised in Columbia, SC, however, I've been in the Concord, NC area since 2006! I have family all over the state, including, Rockwell, Harrisburg, Denver, Statesville, Mooresville and Asheville, so I know the area well. Since starting in real estate, I have helped others buy and sell around $10 million. I have helped clients purchase in the beautiful mountains of NC and I have helped another purchase their dream vacation home in Sunset Beach. In 2023, my husband and I purchased our 2nd investment property in the mountains of VA.

In my free time, I love hanging out with my 2 teenage children, my husband, and our dogs and friends. We like to go to the lake, beach and travel in general. I would love the opportunity to help you or someone you know to buy, sell or invest in real estate.
